Log in to itmteachers@gmail.com with the current password: ITMteacherevents1

Tip - Google will automatically log you into that last account you used when you click the link above – so please sign out of all accounts on Google prior to clicking the link.
Click the square with 9 dots in the top right corner to access Google apps.
In the drop-down menu, click the Calendar app.
Click on the date you want to add an event to.
Add your event details:
PLEASE always put your TOWN/CITY FIRST, IN UPPER CASE. This makes it easier for users to find you, especially if there is more than one event on one day: e.g.
"LONDON
10am-12pm
Morning workshop with Teacher name, details, etc."

If you have difficulties logging into our google account and are asked to submit a code, send an SMS to Aingeala at +353879061731 The code will go to Aingeala’s phone. She will send it to you asap or else set up a time.

When you have emailed your changes to Helen, you can expect to see your new details at the beginning of the following month, eg. if you email them on April 2nd, the change will take place on May 1st.
